Workshop Management

Workshops are at the heart of the teaching experience with Moiki EDU.
They turn your projects (reading paths or writing workshops) into concrete activities, which you can assign to your classes and track in real time.

Important reminder

A workshop is always created from an existing project.
If you don’t have a project yet, first check the Project Management section.

Overview

From your teacher dashboard, the Workshops section allows you to find:

  • your active workshops, currently running with your classes
  • your finished workshops, closed but still accessible in read-only mode to review the results

Main steps

  1. Open the Projects section from your dashboard
  2. Choose the project you want to turn into a workshop

Deadlines

You can set an end date or leave the workshop available all year.
Once the date is passed, students will no longer be able to participate.

Class selection

The workshop can be shared with one or more classes.
Each student enrolled in those classes will automatically find it in their dashboard.

Workshop tracking

Global view

For each active workshop, you have a tracking table that shows:

  • student progress (started / finished)
  • an overview of participation

Individual tracking

For each student, you can check:

  • the time spent in the workshop
  • the steps completed (in a reading path)
  • the ongoing productions (in a writing workshop)

Closing a workshop

How to end a workshop

A workshop can be closed:

  • automatically, when the end date is reached
  • manually, at any time, from the menu on its card

Once closed, the workshop remains visible for consultation, but no longer accepts new participants.
