Managing the Teaching Team
The Team page is where you set up and manage your school’s teaching staff.
Here you can invite new teachers, track their onboarding, and remove access if necessary.
Who can access it?
This space is reserved for school administrators with a MASTER subscription.
It gives them full control over managing the teaching team.
Registering as a teacher
An administrator can choose to add themselves as a teacher in order to directly access the teaching tools.
In this case, one license will simply be deducted from the available quota.
Inviting teachers
To expand the team, just enter the email addresses of colleagues you want to invite (up to 10 at a time).
Moiki automatically checks that the addresses are valid, not duplicates, and that available quotas allow the addition.
Each teacher then receives an invitation email with an activation link valid for 7 days. This message contains all the instructions needed for their first login and linking to your institution.
Account activation
As soon as a teacher clicks their link, their account is created and automatically linked to the institution.
You are notified of this activation, allowing you to easily track new team members joining.
Managing the team day-to-day
Once the team is set up, the page allows you to:
- Cancel a pending invitation
- Revoke access for a teacher who is no longer part of the institution
This way, you always keep a clear and up-to-date view of all teachers attached to your institution.
